Dolphins love getting stoned on puffer fish! Whole schools of dolphins find puffer fish in the ocean and the toxins from the fish give the dolphins a high as they gently chew the poisonous fish rather than eating them. The dolphins actually the pass the fish around to each other like a real drug and then the dolphins sink into a "trance-like state" in which they actually resemble humans when they're stoned. If this 'getting high' ritual is really what it seems, it demonstrates that dolphins are more similar to humans than scientists initially thought.
